Our Missions Philosophy
Our philosophy for missions at NorthStar is to encourage people to "own" a piece of the ministry
and catch the vision that we have for them and for people around the world.
Passion
Our passion is twofold. First, we want to share God's plan of salvation with as many people
as we can that are starving for hope and love. Second, we want our mission teams to witness and
experience what the Holy Spirit can do in their lives to help them grow spiritually.
Why Should You Go?
We are commanded to go. The great commission states...."go and make disciples of all nations
- Matthew 16:19. We team with missionary partners worldwide to make the most effective use of our
time and resources. As we look back on our experience after we return, we view the actual trip as
a "field trip" that included some amazing time of training, learning, bonding and development of
life-long friendships. Most people claim they aren't the same after experiencing a mission trip at
NorthStar.
What Are The Requirements To Go?
Only one thing...to have a heart that is willing.
What If I Don't Want To Go Overseas?
No problem! We will have mission trips and other opportunities to minister within the country.
